The JBL's EON712 portable PA powered speaker can be used as a main PA or stage monitor in a variety of orientations and configurations.The 12" woofer and 1" compression driver are powered by a 1300W amplifier, which provides full-range audio 65 Hz to 20 kHz with a sound pressure level loud enough for the entire crowd to hear your performance. With a dispersion of 110°H x 60°V, JBL's new high-frequency horn ensures equal coverage from front to back. A power cord is included with the EON710. User may physically switch between optimised use-case presets using a push button and LCD menu screen on the rear of the speaker. The inbuilt dbx DriveRack, which has Automatic Feedback Suppression (AFS), an 8-band output EQ, microphone ducking, and a 100ms speaker delay, is controlled by the built-in DSP.
Two of the inputs are equipped with combo XLR-1/4" connections that include gain controls and signal/clip indicators. The Bluetooth 5.0 input is the third channel, which allows for wireless audio streaming. It also has an XLR Thru-Output that may be used to daisy-chain extra speakers or audio equipment. Internally, all mono inputs are combined into a mono signal and output via the Pass-Thru XLR connection. Two EON710s are required for genuine stereo L/R functioning, with each receiving independent left and right signals.
